All appointments made online or prebooked with Luxury Esthetics Bar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to all booking policies, procedures and terms of services.

A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. No deposit = no appointment. All skincare and treatment recommendations require a booked consultation and will not be provided through messenger. All appointments must be scheduled through the booking site unless a squeeze-in appointment has been approved. Squeeze-in appointments require payment in full at the time of booking.

PAYMENT METHODS: Debit cards, credit cards, and tap payments are accepted. Cash payments must be made with exact change.

LATE POLICY: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have a $15 late fee added to their service. Appointments exceeding 15 minutes late will be canceled.

WAXING POLICY: If you are a new client or it has been 8+ weeks since your last wax, you must book a New Client Brazilian. No exceptions.

PREBOOKING POLICY: Prebooked appointments are allowed one complimentary reschedule when requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Any reschedule request made less than 24 hours of your appointment will result in the appointment being canceled, the cancellation fee being charged, and a new appointment will be required to continue services. If you cancel your prebooked appointment, the cancellation fee outlined in our salon policies will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments canceled without the required notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.

RESCHEDULING POLICY: Same day rescheduling is not permitted. If you need to reschedule on the day of your appointment, your appointment will be canceled, and the applicable cancellation fee will be charged.

NO-CALL/NO-SHOW POLICY: No-call/no-shows are unacceptable and will result in a no-show fee. A second no-call/no-show will result in being banned from online booking, and all future appointments must be paid in full before services are rendered.
